Mica Dalton

Mica has been the owner/operator of TRAIN gym through the last decade of its existence. Over the years, the gym has evolved and grown based on a few key components that are at the heart of what TRAIN is all about. Passion for the client, Integrity, Excellence, Leadership, Growth and Teamwork. These are our core values and the things that have allowed us to continue to serve our community for 10+ years!

Collin Bivins-Hance

Collin Bivins-Hance, a former MSSU Assistant Football Coach. Coaching football made me realize that I enjoy training athletes more than anything. I now have the opportunity to work with individual athletes at TRAIN. My goal is to help them realize their potential, reach their goals and set them up for success in their respective sport. I want to develop athletes who can move faster and jump higher. There is also an aspect to my training of unconventional movement patterns to help set the athlete up for the best case scenario when it comes to avoiding injury!

Lexie Brown

I want everyone to feel the immense positive benefits, physical & mental, that come with changes to your diet and exercise routine
Style of training
I will teach you small, meaningful ways to change your day to day habits and create a successful long term lifestyle change. A typical in person session can get a bit loud with me, I love to encourage people to push themselves a little further than they think they’re capable of.
Ideal client
Someone who is ready, willing, and able to follow a plan that we adjust as needed to accomplish desired goals (weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, improved cardiovascular endurance, etc). Someone who doesn’t give up when things feel hard or uncomfortable
Why they want to work with you
I have gone through a transformation myself, and maintained my personal results. I have been training clients at TRAIN for 4 years, been a certified personal trainer for 3 years, and a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach for over a year. I love helping people find sustainable ways to change their daily lives and achieve their goals!

Mandy Freeman

Health and nutrition have always been something I’ve valued, and I thought I had it all figured out. The truth: I didn’t! Not even close. When I started as a client with TRAIN as my husband’s accountability partner, little did I know it would change my life and help me change other people’s lives alike. The total misconception we’ve always been taught in the fitness industry is that we MUST eat very little and do a ton of cardio to be thin and fit. As a fitness coach, personal trainer, and nutrition coach, my why……..My reason is easy! I want clients to know that food is not our enemy and that strength training is one of the most effective ways to enhance lean body mass and help fight the stubborn fat that won’t melt away. My preferred training method is strength training with a bit of cardio and core training to keep your body in a constant state of healthy-caloric energy burn.

Carley Garrett

My style of training would be a holistic approach. Figuring out the clients relationship with themselves, with food, and with the gym. Focusing on building confidence and combating the insecurities that we all deal with. Discovering lifestyle changes that will stick with you for years to come. I want to see the change in someone's mental health and how that spills into other areas of their lives. The physical transformation is a great bonus!

Mason Hutson

My passion lies in guiding clients through diverse processes, including strength and conditioning, fat loss, and fostering healthier lifestyles. While I consider myself a generalist in training, I've developed a particular affinity for functional bodybuilding. Malorie Brown

I'm Malorie, a fitness enthusiast and proud mom. I believe in keeping it real when it comes to personal training and nutrition. I am here to help you set achievable goals and make fitness a part of your everyday life, in a realistic way- for your lifestyle. Whether it's finding time for a quick workout or making healthier choices, I'm all about balance and making it work for YOU. I’m here to help you stay motivated and crush your fitness goals together specializing in moms, weightloss & basic training for realistic overall goals (that are attainable).

Becca Verhaar

I have been at TRAIN since 2021 and couldn’t imagine any other place for me. I find the most joy in lifting heavy weights and solving problems for my clients. After having my two boys, my life spiraled a bit and then I found myself again through fitness, and now I get to help other women and men do the same! I love to find the little wins that add up to the big ones along the way and cheer my clients on until we get them to their goals. I can’t wait to work with you!

Ethan Trueblood

My name is Ethan Trueblood and I’ve been in the personal training game for almost two years now. I fell in love with training as a high school athlete and was able to find a place of solitude in the weight room. I knew shortly after falling in love with the weight room that I wanted to make a career out of helping others in the same way my strength and conditioning coach helped me. My style of training can be summed up into this one quote, “you don’t have to be extreme, just consistent.” For most of my clients we focus on athletic development by implementing exercises that hone in on balance, strength, power, and speed. My ideal client is anyone who works hard and wants to be there improving themselves, as well as someone who is curious about why we are doing the things that we are doing.
